What Happens on a Dharma Sprint?
♡ ✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧ ♡
- Join the Zoom call at 6pm PST
- You'll be guided through a few breaths to drop in to the heart
- Everyone claims what they will be working on for the next 90 min
- Short collective prayer to bless the sprint
- The timer starts, and everyone gets to it
- Listen for the bell after 90 min to come back
- Close with small shares to discuss how it went, what you worked on, whatever is on your heart
- Finish at 8pm PST
